Project leader for the generation of ADMET-derived cell lines
In order to enlarge our products catalog, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated project leader with a very strong experience in drug discovery, and especially in ADMET. In this role, the candidate will be accountable for elaborating the specifications of new products to be developed in close relation with the ADMET product manager from the Marketing & Sales department. The candidate will interact strongly with the different R&D platforms to launch pilot programs and validate end-products. He/she will report directly to the Chief Scientific Officer.
The candidate is expected to exhibit strong organizational leadership and values whilst influencing future direction for the generation of cell-based assays dedicated to ADMET approval and in-licensing new technologies and/or products for the acquisition of the freedom to operate in this specific field of applications.
The accountabilities defined for this project leader position are mainly based on a very strong scientific expertise and collaborative networking in the ADMET application field, as well as on a huge experience in project leading:
- Ensuring that project outputs are transitioned appropriately from R&D to commercialization, through effective collaboration with legal, IP, manufacturing and sales teams;
- Generating ideas, new products and/or collaborations, as well as intellectual property that are relevant to business strategy;
- Planning, execution and delivery (including coordination, activity leadership and networking in the expected field of application) of direct scientific work assignments;
- Writing skills of reports, publications and product support materials to agreed timelines and deliverables; Internal (project reviews) and external (scientific meetings), oral and poster presentation of project results or end-products.
Qualifications/Requirements
PhD in Pharmacology or related field. Project management experience for more than 10 years with an emphasis in R&D and industrial development, and the ability to read/interpret technical procedures.
