Cellectis Appoints Marc Le Bozec As Chief Financial Officer.

Romainville, France - October the 2nd, 2006 - Cellectis announced today that it has appointed Marc Le Bozec as its Chief Financial Officer effective October 2, 2006.

Marc Le Bozec (37) was Chief Operating Officer of Alfact Innovation (France). He has more than 10 years experience in the biotech sector as consultant (Arthur D. Little, Paris office) and as founder and Chairman & CEO of BioProtein Technologies (France), a biotech company dedicated to the production of recombinant proteins in the milk of transgenic animals. He is graduated from HEC School of Management, Paris.
